Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, Purae is no longer responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, weather, service interruptions, or other transit-related issues.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Purae is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses or for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate address details. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the package resent.
International Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout. Lost or Delayed Packages
While we work with reliable shipping carriers, occasional delays or delivery issues can happen. If your package appears delayed or marked as delivered but has not been received, please check with the carrier and confirm the shipping address first. Then contact us so we can help investigate further.
